Shipping Information
We ship your items and products quickly and reliably within Germany using:
- DHL
- UPS
- Freight forwarding for shipments from 31.5 kg
For international shipments:

Shipping costs are displayed before you submit your order.
Orders weighing 31.5 kg or more are delivered by freight forwarder. Where an order is shipped in multiple partial deliveries without an express request from you, shipping costs will only be charged once. All prices include the applicable VAT.
Standard delivery takes 1–4 business days, depending on the payment method. This delivery period is non-binding and applies provided the goods are in stock. Otherwise, the delivery times stated for the respective product apply. We are entitled to make partial deliveries and will inform you promptly of any delivery delays.
All prices are final prices, include coding charges, packaging, toll, energy and CO2 surcharges, and are quoted in EURO.
Please note: If a parcel is visibly damaged, we ask you to refuse acceptance. We will be pleased to answer your questions at info@elektromotoren.de or via our contact form.
If returns are caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, the return freight costs incurred by us, together with a processing fee of EUR 10.00, will be charged to the customer.
As a final distributor, we make use of the simplification provided for under Section 34 (3) of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), in accordance with subsection 1 or 2. As an end consumer, we would like to inform you of our offer to fill the goods into reusable containers provided by you. Upon request, please send suitable containers, including protective packaging and matching the dimensions of the purchased goods, to our business address free of charge. Otherwise, we generally use used packaging material that has already been used before.
DHL – Important information regarding Packstation deliveries
To use a DHL Packstation, you need not only a personal Postnummer, but it must also be activated—either by entering an activation TAN received by post or via a verified device using the DHL app. Without this activation, use of a Packstation is not possible.
