To make order processing a routine for you and to reduce or avoid unnecessary effort, the entire process, from planning and ordering through to spare-parts delivery, is coordinated as one integrated process.

Maintenance and Repair
Maintenance and repair of electric motors (low-voltage, high-voltage and DC motors, as well as servomotors with tachometer, incremental encoder, resolver and brake), gearboxes and pumps by qualified electronics technicians specialising in machinery and drive technology at master craft businesses within our partner network (in some cases also possible on site).

We assess the damage and advise you whether repair or replacement is the appropriate option, enabling you to make an optimal decision.
Possible repair options:
As-new repair
- 24 months of liability for defects for the complete drive
- Preventive replacement of all bearings and sealing elements
- Testing of all electrical components using a surge-voltage tester; replacement where required
- Checking of electronic components in accordance with manufacturing specifications; replacement where required
- Refurbishment of the component in preparation for repainting
Functional repair
- 24 months of liability for defects for the service performed, including replaced parts
- No preventive replacement of parts
- Restoration of functionality
- Replacement of defective parts in accordance with customer specifications
- Functional testing of electrical and electronic components
Emergency repair
- Exclusion of liability for defects
- Makeshift restoration of functionality
- Defective parts are reconditioned and reused
- Only absolutely necessary parts are replaced in agreement with the customer

Collection and delivery of drive components
* Certifications from competent authorities and renowned motor manufacturers are available. General overhaul and repair of gas- or dust-protected motors of equipment group II, with the various types of protection, are performed in accordance with the current DIN EN 60079-19, “Equipment repair, overhaul and reclamation”, and documented in accordance with VDE requirements. Naturally, only original spare parts are used.
