High torque lift motors

These dynamic lift motors with high torque can be used in combination with a pulley with a reduction ratio of 1:1 or 2:1. When developing these permanent magnet motors, particular attention was paid to energy saving, compact design, travelling comfort and a low noise level. Compared to conventional hydraulic traction motors, these practically vibration-free, low-maintenance motors are very energy-efficient.

Thanks to their compact design, these motors with integrated junction box can be mounted directly on the lift car, eliminating the need for a machine room, with obvious space and cost savings and a more rational layout of all components.

Motors with a torque of up to 850 Nm for systems with a load capacity of up to 1600 kg, machines with TÜV SÜD certification, in compliance with the UNI EN 81-1: 2010 specifications and the Lifts Directive 95/16/EC.
