Sie arbeiten nach dem side-channel principle und saugen nach einmaliger Auffüllung selbst an.
Für den connection an 60 Hz wird neben der Auswahl der entsprechenden Motorwicklung werkseitig die Hydraulik angepasst, z. B. durch kleinere Laufräder oder Leerstufen.
