NEW BRUSHLESS MOTORS

Upgrade AC motor systems with new brushless DC motors

The new 750 W brushless DC motor weighs only 3.8 kg, compared with approximately 15 kg for a typical AC motor. The 750 W motor meets IE5 efficiency class requirements and can be operated with a frequency inverter suitable for PM motors. The second new product, a 200 W brushless DC motor in stainless-steel design, is ideal for applications with stringent hygiene requirements. It meets protection class IP69K, has no cooling fins and can therefore be washed down without difficulty. 

IP67/IP69K BRUSHLESS MOTORS

New 200 W stainless-steel IP67/IP69K brushless motor

This stainless-steel motor is the ideal solution for environments where washdown cleaning is required, especially in the food and beverage industry. As the housing has no external cooling fins, it is easy to clean and helps to maintain hygiene standards. We have also introduced a separate IP65 encoder that can be installed on the customer’s machine. By monitoring speed or position at the mechanical end, users can create a more reliable feedback system.

The combination of the 750 W BL motor, the stainless-steel motor and the IP65 encoder provides customers using conventional AC motors with a powerful upgrade option.
