GD350A Accessories
1 digital output
1 analog input
1 analogue output
● 2 relay outputs: 1 double-contact output, and 1 single-contact output
● 1 PT100
● 1 PT1000
● 2 relay outputs: single-contact NO outputs
Note: The expansion card has been built into the 7.5kW and higher VFD models but it is optional for the VFD models of lower than 7.5kW. For details, see section 4.4.3 Control circut wiring of I/O expansion card
• Applies to 12V-OC-Geber
• Applies to 12V-Push-Pull-Geber
• Applies to 5V-Differenzialgeber
• Supports orthogonal input A, B, Z
Supports frequency-divided output A, B, Z
Supports the input of the pulse sequence setpoint value
The expansion card can be installed in one of the card slots SLOT1, SLOT2 and SLOT3. The VFD models 5R5G/7R5P and below can be configured with two expansion cards at the same time, the models 7R5G/011P and higher can be configured with three expansion cards.
To ensure high interference resistance during the control, you must use a shielding wire in the transmitter cable and ground the two ends of the shielding wire, i.e. h connect the shielding layer on the motor side to the motor housing and on the PG card side to the PE terminal.

Additional notes:
On page 8: P16.32 and following for PZD mapping
On page 40: P15.43=1 switches to bitwise communication (only FU firmware 3.02.XX)
The FU firmware 1.01 and 1.05 can only communicate byte-wise.
Profinet IP addresses in FU firmware 1.0X on P16.02 to P16.05
Profinet IP addresses in FU firmware 3.02 on P16.58 to P16.61
In the documentation attached you will also find a parameter example, as well as Profinet simulator example commands.
