The installation of the converter may only be carried out by professionals with basic electrical knowledge. Make sure the motor is designed for 230V3AC. Check the bridges in the engine terminal box. The built-in short-circuit fuse switches off the device when twice the peak current is exceeded. To reset the short-circuit fuse, the mains voltage for approximately 30s must be switched off. Without brake chopper addition, you can only use the converter in the 2-Quadrantenbetrieb. The braking energy flowing back can lead to an impermissible increase in the intermediate circuit voltage. If the converter is to brake during operation, a brake chopper with a brake resistance 220 Ohm must optionally be connected to Kl.2&8. The converter has a ground suppression (filter class A). A frequency inverter is not in itself a system which can operate reasonably independently, but must always be regarded as a component of the entire drive system. Since we have no influence on the installation and wiring of the frequency inverter by the end customer, we cannot assume any guarantee for compliance with the EMV limit values of the overall drive system. However, the manufacturer has carried out the necessary certifications for common installations of frequency inverters and has established installation guidelines based on this. The frequency inverters comply with the applicable guidelines if the EG installation declaration is observed. This is documented by the CE character on the frequency inverter. PS. The TFR 600 S & H (not SMD technology) version is no longer available.
