For NC machining with coolant supply by the tool carrier or the drive spindle or tools with internal cooling, the pump types TS are suitable. These pumps operate with an impeller which is open on both sides and which allows relatively high pressures with compact pump dimensions. They should be protected from coarser contaminants in the coolant. To reduce the pump pressure, the pumps TS22 to TS24 can be supplied on request with a motor in the Y/YY circuit for selectively switching to half the speed. They are mounted directly on the container and dip into the coolant with the pump neck. The dimensions correspond to the standard sheet EN 12157. Care must be taken to ensure that the highest coolant level remains a few centimeters below the mounting flange.
