The pump of the type ES3 is a Motor-operated submersible pump for industrial use, primarily in the field of metalworking. It has been developed for use completely submerged in the cooling liquid and is operated with 230 V. It has a hermetically resin-cast motor and lacquer-insulated windings and meets the requirements of: Degree of protection IPx8.
The housing is made of acid-resistant plastic according to the following standards: VDE 0730 and UL 94. The pump shaft is manufactured of chromium-alloyed niro steel (AISI 420), the bearings are self-lubricating, extremely durable and vibration-damped mounted in semi-rigid shells, resulting in virtually vibration-free operation. The pump is equipped with an anti-locking filter, the cooling water outlet is pivotable around 360°.

- The use of flammable liquids is strictly prohibited.
- The ES3 pump is resistant to particulate fluids (e.g. contaminated water) and all chemical compounds typically used in cooling lubricants.
- The pump can be throttled on the pressure side up to 80%, which enables an optimal adjustment of the delivery quantity.
- The pump is delivered with a two-meter-long power cable.
