• Construction based on EN 50525-2-51 or VDE 0285-525-2-51
• Fine-stranded bare copper conductor according to IEC 60228 or VDE 0295, class 5
• Core insulation: PVC compound TI2 according to EN 50363-3 or VDE 0207-363-3 with enhanced requirements
• Wire marking according to VDE 0293-1, with or without GN/GE protective conductors up to 5 wires: According to VDE 0293-308 / HD 308 S2
• Inner jacket PVC mixture TM2 according to m. EN 50363-4-1 or VDE 0207-363-4-1 Colour: Silver gray, similar to RAL 7001
• Shield braid of tin-plated copper wires, covering = 85% (nominal value)
• Outer jacket PVC mixture TM2 according to EN 50363-4-1 or VDE 0207-363-4-1 color: transparent
Electrical characteristics at 20°C
• Rated voltage U0 / U: 450 / 750 V for fixed and protected installation: U0 / U: 600 /1000 V
Test voltage wire/wire: 4000 V AC; core/screen: 4000 V AC
Mechanical and thermal properties
• Minimum bending radius occasionally moved: 20x line diameter; Fixed installation: 6 x Line diameter
• Temperature range occasionally moving: -5 ̊C to +70 ̊C max. conductor temperature, permanently laid: -40 °C to +80 °C maximum conductor temperature
• Burning behavior flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2 or VDE 0482-332-1-2
• Tests according to IEC 60811, EN 50395, EN 50396
• General requirements: The lines are compliant with the EU Directive 2014/35/EU (Low Voltage Directive)
• Environmental information: The lines meet the material requirements of the EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
Packaging: coil ≤ 30 kg or ≤ 250 m, otherwise drum
Individual lengths for dimensions: ≥ 4G50 max. 500m; ≥ 4G95 max. 400m; ≥ 4G120 max. 300m; ≥ 4G150 max. 250m
