SGP 160-16 P power converter (potential-free)
The thyristor controller SGP [2,5 – 16 A] is a compact 1-quadrant controller for precise speed and current regulation of DC motors with external or permanent excitation. It impresses with its robust design, large control range and easy adaptation to different applications. The SGP series is particularly suitable for small and medium-power drives in industrial applications with constant rotation.

Note:
For good commutation and long brush service lives, the use of a smoothing choke is recommended in all thyristor actuators. At higher ambient temperatures (> 45 °C), the output power is reduced by about 2% per °C.
