- Output frequency (speed) is continuously adjustable via the integrated internal
or optionally ext. poti, i.e. speeds up to max. 30000 rpm
- Function traverse (e.g. yarn winding or the like)
torque-controlled actuation of a mechanical holding brake
- Synchronized acceleration/braking function
Communication optional (RS485 already integrated)
- Profibus - Devicenet - EthernetIP/ModbusTCP
- EtherCAT - CANopen - CC-Link
- RS232 - ProfNet/ModbusTCP
Protection:
- Overload - Current limit - Overcurrent - output short circuit
- Low voltage - voltage limit - overtorque - thermal motor monitoring
- Overtemperature - Earthing error - Overvoltage - Phase error input + output
- Undercurrent - earthing error - pre-alarms - fault current measurement (switchable);
- Self-test - Password - lockable - cumulative operating time
The installation of the FU may only be carried out by professionals with basic electrical knowledge. Make sure the motor is designed for the FU voltage, i.e. check the nameplate and bridges in the engine terminal box. The FU has a suppression (filter class A (EN55011) or category C2 (EN61800-3)). A FU is not a system that can operate reasonably independently, but must always be regarded as a component of the entire drive system. Since we have no influence on the installation and wiring of the foot by the end customer, we cannot assume any guarantee for compliance with the EMV limit values of the overall drive system. However, the necessary certifications have been made for common installations of Fus and installation guidelines have been established based on this. The feet comply with the applicable guidelines if the EG installation declaration is observed. This is documented by the CE character on the FU.

WARNUNG!
In a residential environment, this product can cause high-frequency interference that may require interference suppression measures (see EMV filter accessories).
