IP54 synchronous motors KHYF (fluid-cooled)

These motors are engineered for high power density applications with efficient liquid cooling and precise control.

General Characteristics

·         Motor Type: Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motors (IPM-PMASR)

·         Cooling Method: Liquid cooled (Water + max. 20% Ethylene Glycol at 20°C)

·         Mounting Forms: B3, B35, others on request

·         Insulation Class: F

·         Protection Class: IP54 (IP55 on request)

·         Ambient Conditions: 0 °C to +40 °C

·         Installation Altitude: up to 1000 m above sea level

·         Windings: Rated for 400 Vac (PWM > 4 kHz)

Mechanical & Optional Features

·         Max. Mechanical Speed: ranges from 3200 to 9000 rpm depending on frame size

·         BEMF Limit: must remain < 500 Vac (protection required if exceeded)

·         Bearings:

o    DE (Drive End): Ball or roller bearings (insulated on request)

o    NDE (Non-Drive End): Roller bearings (insulated on request)

·         Optional Brake: up to 2500 Nm (depending on model)

·         Vibration Class: as per EN 60034-14 / VDE 0530 part 14

Electrical Features

·         Thermal Protection: KLIXON (optional PT100 or PTC)

·         Transducer: Encoder or resolver available on request
