Die 2-Phasen-Schrittmotoren der Serie PKP2 sind hochwertige Präzisionsmotoren für Automatisierungs- und Positionieraufgaben.
Verfügbar in verschiedenen Bauformen, Wellenkonfigurationen, mit/ohne Encoder und optionaler Bremse.

Kurzüberblick – drei Evolutionsstufen
· PK (erste Generation, Legacy)
Standard-Ausführung mit klassischer Wicklung – liefert Basisdrehmoment, ist stromhungriger und läuft vergleichsweise rau. Wird nur noch als Ersatzteil angeboten.· PKP (erste Modernisierung, ebenfalls Legacy)
Überarbeitetes Magnet- und Spulendesign bringt spürbar mehr Kraft, weniger Vibration und denselben Output bei deutlich geringerem Strom. Erhältlich mit Rund- oder Mini-Stecker.· PKP „2“ (aktuelle Generation)
• Niedrigere Induktivität sorgt für schnelleres Beschleunigen und höheres Spitzendrehmoment bei hohen Drehzahlen.
• Verstärkte Lager vertragen deutlich höhere Radial- und Axialkräfte.
• Platzsparendes, RoHS-konformes Flat-Connector-System ersetzt ältere Stecker; Anschluss- und Treibereinstellungen bleiben unverändert, daher 1-zu-1 tauschbar.Lifecycle-Hinweis
PK und PKP ohne Suffix „2“ werden nur noch als Ersatzteile geführt. Für Neuentwicklungen empfiehlt der Hersteller ausdrücklich die PKP mit Suffix „2“-Baureihe oder direkt die noch jüngeren αSTEP- bzw. BL-Motorlösungen.
