Submersible pumps

Submersible pumps (standard coolant pump) are self-venting and usually have an exposed shaft. This eliminates the need for a bearing in the pump section. The pumps are safe to run dry, wear-resistant and operate with large clearances, making them insensitive to swarf.

- Simple installation directly on the container
- Simple pipework due to SAE/replaceable flange
- Long service life, partly sealless or with low-wear plain bearings
- Multi-stage design (steep characteristic curves) possible
- Immersion depth of up to 1.5 m possible
