Maintenance and repair

Maintenance and repair of electric motors (low-voltage, high-voltage and DC motors, as well as servomotors with tacho, incremental encoder, resolver and brake), gearboxes and pumps by trained electronics technicians specialising in machine and drive technology in a master workshop of our affiliated partners (sometimes also possible on site).

Possible repair options:

Replacement value repair

• 24-month warranty on the entire drive
• Preventive replacement of all bearings and sealing elements
• Inspection of all electrical components using a surge voltage tester, replacement if necessary
• Inspection of electronic components in accordance with production specifications, replacement if necessary
• Reconditioning of the component for repainting

Functional repair

• 24-month warranty on the service performed, including replaced parts
• No preventive replacement of parts
• Restoration of the function
• Replacement of defective parts according to customer specifications
• Function test of electrical and electronic components

Emergency repair

• Exclusion of liability for defects
• Emergency restoration of function
• Defective parts are reworked and reused
• Only absolutely necessary parts are replaced in consultation with the customer

Characteristics

• Rush order:
• Repair within 1 - 3 days, depending on product characteristics and time of day even within one day

* Certifications from the relevant authorities and renowned motor manufacturers are available. The basic overhaul and repair of gas or dust-protected motors in equipment group II with the various types of ignition protection are carried out in accordance with the applicable standard DIN EN 60079-19 ‘Equipment repair, overhaul and regeneration’ and recorded in accordance with VDE regulations. It goes without saying that only original spare parts are used.
