These vibrator motors consist of a three-phase motor and a reinforced housing (compared to normal motors), as well as special roller bearings. Unbalance weights are attached to the shaft ends in pairs, which allow the centrifugal force to be adjusted. In operation with our frequency inverter, various working torques and vibration frequencies can be realised in order to optimally adapt the motor to the existing task. Bearings with high load capacity, in special designs to withstand the stress caused by the high centrifugal forces and vibrations, lubricated with long-life grease. Grease sealing by means of a labyrinth and a large housing chamber.
